  The gym is clean and modern machine, BUT..I am a black card member and everytime I visit this location there is a problem getting in with a guest. 2 nights in a row. The first night I basically had to pull up my bank statement to prove what I pay. The 2nd night my guest was turned away because they didn’t have ID. I know PF Could care lessen because they have grown by the masses but customer service is everything to me and this just makes me want to spend a little more money to be treated better by your competitor across the street!!
