  Had called back to let Frank know my leak was not resolved that he promised would be taken care of. Did NOT return my phone call for weeks and never came back to address it. I had someone come in to find Frank had only put 2 shims under my roofing shingle flashing. His way of addressing my issue took him all of 2 minutes and wound up costing me an additional 500.00 plus ceiling damage.
  If you do use him you had better spell everything out in writing and watch over his work. Like a lot of contractors once they have your money don't expect any followup service
